Moist garlic chicken with loads of vegitables in a light soy sauce mixture

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken

1 1/2 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 red onion, diced
28 oz can diced tomatoes
3 oz light soy sauce
1 tsp butter
2 tsp virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
12 oz water
5 medium mushrooms, sliced
3 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken

  1. Melt butter with olive oil in hot pan.

  2. Add cubed chicken and brown, sprinkly liberally with garlic power.

  3. Add peppers, celery, onion and mushrooms as well as diced tomatoes with juice. Add water and garlic.

  4. Cook until sauce is reduced by half.

  5. Serve over rice.
