Quick & Easy. Fast, filling and a hearty meal on a budget and it's a fast fix. Makes a lot so there are left overs! Just 300 calories per serving!

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken & Pasta

4 cups Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 cups Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked
2 cups Peas, frozen
8 cloves minced garlic
1 cup fat free chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken & Pasta

  1. Boil chicken until done and juices run clear. You can also use a pre-cooked rotiserie chicken when time is of the essence.

  2. Use broth from chicken to cook pasta noodles for added flavor, or just use water.

  3. In skillet add shredded chicken, minced garilc, 1 cup chicken broth and frozen peas. Cook on medium heat until peas are done.

  4. Add pasta to skillet and turn to coat.
