Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken with Parmesan Potatoes and Broccoli

2 tablespoons Butter
4 teaspoons Garlic
16 oz chicken breasts
4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
4 cups Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken with Parmesan Potatoes and Broccoli

  1. Heat oven to 350. Slice potatoes 1/4 in slices. melt butter and pour onto a cookies sheet. Fill the cookies sheet with the potato slices and turn to coat. sprinkle with parmesan and salt and pepper. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown and crispy.

  2. Place 2 tablespoons of butter with garlic into a frying pan, saute until tender.

  3. Place chicken in a baking dish and spoon garlic butter over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
