Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken - Myla's Updated

8 oz rotini pasta
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 bunches broccoli
4 oz mushrooms
1 lbs chicken strips
1/4 cup fat free half and half
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken - Myla's Updated

  1. Boil pasta and set aside.

  2. Stir fry chicken and garlic in a non-stick pan

  3. Toss in veggies and cook until tender (can also throw in the pasta pot for last few minutes of boiling. Drain and set aside)

  4. Add together with half and half and parmesan cheese

  5. Serve hot with a salad or makes a complete meal
