Great mix of garlic and chicken in a butter sauce over linguine

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken linguine

3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
16 oz Healthy Harvest Linguine
1 tbsp Olive Oil
5 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken linguine

  1. Cut chicken into strips

  2. Saute chicken and garlic in olive oil

  3. Add scallions towards the end of cooking

  4. Cook Linguine seperately

  5. Add 1/2 of butter to chicken mixture and saute a couple minutes longer

  6. Add other half of butter to cooked and drained linguine and mix in garlic powder and salt substitue to taste

  7. Enjoy!
