Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken con Broccoli

16 oz. chicken breast
10 1/2 oz. 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
16 oz. frozen broccoli
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cups whole wheat macaroni, uncooked

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken con Broccoli

Place chicken, soup, cream cheese, broccoli, garlic and seasonings in slow cooker. Cook on high 4 hours or until done. Cut chicken into smaller bite-sized pieces. Cook pasta according to package directions, until tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta; heat through.
