Makes 8 servings



Need something to do with your left over chicken breast or need to spice things up. I made this up last night- a very tasty somewhat healthy snack- I would say that each serving is about 1 cup. Serve Cold!

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Salad

4 chicken breast
2 cups broccoli
8 oz whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Salad

  1. Bake chicken until done. Let cool and then cut up into bite size cubes.

  2. Boil Frozen Broccoli until warm (but still a bit crisp) let cool and then cut up into smaller peices.

  3. Cook Whole wheat pasta until done and let cool.

  4. Mix 1/2 cup of sour cream with garlic and onion powder. This will be strong in garlic flavor- feel free to cut back on the seasoning.

  5. Mix all ingredients together and cool in the refigerator. Ready any time you need a quick meal.
