Cubed chicked cooked in garlic served with pasta and broccoli.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic chicken and broccoli

1 1/2 lbs chicken
8 oz. pasta
3 tbs minced garlic
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 1/2 cups broccoli
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Garlic chicken and broccoli

  1. Cook pasta according to the package instructions

  2. Cut chicken into bite size chunks

  3. In a large skillet, add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and sautee for about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink. I add a LITTLE salt pepper and red pepper.

  5. Steam the broccoli (the prepackaged steamers are great for this!) and add it to the skillet

  6. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet

  7. Stir in the cheese and serve.

  8. You could make this with any kind of meat and veggie combo. The calories would change of course but the possibilities are endless!
