Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken Breast

3 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken Breast

  1. The best thing to use is boneless, skinless chicken breasts that usually have about 100-120 calories each. They come frozen at wal-mart in bags. To cook:

  2. Boil in water until fully cooked.

  3. Season with Buck's Homeade seasoning, either the 25% less salt kind, or the Multi-Purpose. To add more of a garlic flavor use garlic salt/powder.

  4. Modification: Cook in soy sauce until thoroughly cooked. Makes the chicken browner. Great with Long-grain Brown Rice and veggies for a stir-fry.
