Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Cauliflower Puree

565 grams cauliflower, broken
5 grams garlic, chopped
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup water
5 grams Italian parsley
21 grams Light Swiss Original, Laughing Cow cheese
1 tbsp Sour Cream, light

Recipe Directions for Garlic Cauliflower Puree

  1. Boil cauliflower and garlic in chicken broth and water for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. When cauliflower has broken down, and most of the liquid has evaporated, add in parsley, cheese, and sour cream.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Enjoy!
