Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Cappelini and Beets

1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 cup tomato (diced)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
2 oz capellini
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 cup beets
1 tbsp feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Garlic Cappelini and Beets

  1. Saute garlic & onion

  2. Add tomatoes, water, herbs, cook for 5 mins until ready

  3. Add feta at end with pasta
