Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Broccoli

5 g extra virgin olive oil
11 g minced garlic
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
485 g raw broccoli
3 1/5 servings kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Garlic Broccoli

  1. Heat olive oil, red pepper flakes and garlic over medium high heat until hot

  2. Add Broccoli and sautee until tender-crisp

  3. Season to taste (I used 1/2 tsp kosher salt)
