I modified the recipe on vegweb.com to accommodate my cupboard.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Broccoli Pasta

8 clove Garlic
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
4 oz Plus Farfalle
2 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Garlic Broccoli Pasta

  1. 1. Prepare penne according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until just tender.

  2. 2. In a large frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil until fragrant, remove from heat. Stir in pepper flakes and salt.

  3. 3. Add penne and broccoli, stirring to coat with garlic mixture. Transfer to serving dishes and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

  4. I sometimes substitute asparagus, cut in thirds for the broccoli.

  5. Serves: 2, Preparation time: 15 min
