Toasted italian bread rubbed with fresh roasted garlic

Recipe Ingredients for garlic bread

1 clove garlic
4 slices italian bread
1/4 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for garlic bread

Pre heat oven to 350. Slice top off garlic, drizzle olive oil onto garlic, place garlic on foil in oven, roast for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove garlic from oven and carefully squeeze over a bowl to remove garlic from skin. Rub on Italian bread slices, place slices under broiler until brown
