always use fresh garlic not garlic powder

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Bread

2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
8 oz French bread, split

Recipe Directions for Garlic Bread

  1. Combine garlic, butter, and oil in a microwave safe dish

  2. Heat in microwave for 1 minute.

  3. Brush bread liberally with garlic oil

  4. Toast bread under broiler. (about 5 minutes)

  5. Remove bread when it is toasted golden brown in color. Cut into 4 chunks and serve.
