Pureed navy beans with garlic, olive oil and vinegar. Can be used instead of cream cheese as a spread or as a dip for crackers or veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for garlic bean spread

1/2 cup Navy Beans
1 1/2 oz olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp rice vinegar

Recipe Directions for garlic bean spread

  1. Drain and rinse navy beans from one can

  2. Puree olive oil, vinegar and minced garlic

  3. Add navy beans, 1/4 cup at a time, and continue to puree

  4. Store in a plastic container
