Italian flavored chicken over squash

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Basil Chicken Spaghetti

1 serving Chicken
3 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
5 medium raw Tomato Roma
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cloves, raw Garlic
1/2 tbsp, leaves Basil, Dried
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/8 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
2 serving Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb

Recipe Directions for Garlic Basil Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cut sketti squash in half long ways and scoop out seeds till clean

  3. brush inside with olive oil lightly and place on wire rack in shallow pan face down with 1/2″ water in pan?bake 60-75 min depending on size of squash

  4. While squash is baking put remain olive oil in large skillet and cook chicken till no longer pink

  5. Add tomatoes, broth, basil, onion, black pepper, red pepper, & garlic

  6. Cook over medium/low heat stirring occasionally until heated thru.

  7. Caution, ovoid high heat and prolonged cooking so that juices from tomatoes will not cook off

  8. Cover and set aside on low heat

  9. Remove sketti squash from oven and carefully (it will be hot) using a fork pull the inside away with a scrapping motion into a bowl. This will produce string like strands similar to spaghetti!

  10. Place 1 cup squash noodles on plate and top with 1 cup of chicken sauce mixture?.
