Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Asparagus

2 lb asparagus
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Garlic Asparagus

  1. Wash asparagus and break off the hard stem.

  2. Steam asparagus in large saucepan or covered fry pan for five minutes in 1/2 cup water.

  3. Add the garlic, pecans, and soy and steam for an additional 3-4 minutes.

  4. Serve over brown rice or eat plain. It is delicious.
