This aioli is an awesome condiment for Spanish Tortilla, broiled asparagus, and many other dishes! If the garlic is too powerful for you, cut it down to 2. If you're like me and *love* garlic, add 2 more cloves! One (1) serving is 1 Tsp.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Aioli

78 g Real Mayonnaise
0.5 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Garlic Aioli

  1. Finely chop (mince) the garlic. Then, using the side of the knife blade, press down on the garlic and drag the flat edge of the blade over the garlic pile repeatedly, eventually making a paste out of the garlic. Alternatively, a morter and pestle could be used.

  2. Place the mayo, salt, and garlic paste in a bowl. Add the lemon juice little-by-little until the desired flavor and consistency is reached (about 1 Tbsp juice).

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for (ideally) 1 hour before serving to bring the flavors together. Store for no more than 1 week.
