A lovely and tasty rice pudding, cooked in a slow cooker.

Recipe Ingredients for Gareth's Slow Cooked Rice Pudding

1/2 cup condensed milk
30 fl. oz. skimmed milk
50 g white rice
4 tbsp granulated sugar

Recipe Directions for Gareth's Slow Cooked Rice Pudding

Butter the side of the slow cooking dish, add all ingredients, stir. Cook on high for four hours or low for eight hours. Add either nutmeg or cinnamon to taste.
