4 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
3 medium raw Leeks
3 clove Garlic
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup diced Potato, Flesh And Skin
2 cup Frozen Green Beans
1 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
2 cup Frozen Cut Corn
1/4 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Garden Veggie Soup - Daniel Fast

  1. Finely chop leeks (white only). Heat olive oil over med heat. Add leeks, garlic, salt and cook for 7-8 minutes.

  2. Add carrots, green beans and potatoes. Cook 4-5 minutes. Add Broth and remaining ingredients. Heat for 30-40 minutes until veggies are soft.
