200 grams Egg, Whole
72 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
61 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
69 grams Onions
110 grams Mushrooms
1 cup Spinach
54 grams 50% Light Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Garden Veggie Frittata

  1. Chop veggies finely

  2. Saute in a hot pan until tender.

  3. Add beaten eggs and make sure all veggies are well coated with egg.

  4. Leave on low heat to set.

  5. Place under a hot grill for a few minutes or until top is set.

  6. Put cheese on top and put under grill until it melts.
