1.3 large Onions
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3.3 medium Carrots
3 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
7 medium Mushrooms
150 grams Wine, Table, Red
5 clove Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.6 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
0.7 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Garden Vegetable Soup

  1. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms and carrots

  2. Toss everything else in, add water, simmer for a billion years, flavour to taste
