Recipe Ingredients for Garden Vegetable Soup

2/3 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage
1/2 cup green beans
30 ounces diced tomatoes
1 tbs dried italian seasoning
1/2 cup diced zucchini
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Garden Vegetable Soup

Spray large saucepan with non-stick cooking spray. Saute the carrot, onion, and garlic for 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomatoes, seasoning and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes until beans are tender. Stir in zucchini and heat 5 minutes
