I made this after harvesting vegetables out of the garden. To add more flavor add cheese or low fat sour cream.

0.75 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 medium Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 ear, yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.25 large Onions
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Fennel Seed

Recipe Directions for Garden Variety Stew

  1. chop raw vegetables and combine in skillet. add spices.

  2. simmer on low until zucchini is soft.
