Recipe Ingredients for garden saute

1/2 cup corn, preferably fresh off the cob
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
1/4 cup green beans, fresh, chopped
12 oz steak, sliced thin
6 small red potatoes, parboiled and cut into pieces
1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, chopped or through garlic press
2 tbs chopped parsley

Recipe Directions for garden saute

Saute onion with 1/2 of olive oil until translucent. Add carrot, saute another couple of minutes. add red pepper and green beans and continue to saute. add potatoes, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and basil and saute another minute, then add corn, cover and let cook about 2-3 minutes. Remove lid, move vegetables to edge and put steak in with the rest of the olive oil. Saute with vegetables until steak done to your liking (very rare!). Stir everything together and serve in bowls with Parmesan on top
