1 carrot, chopped
1/4 cup of cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup of avocado
1/2 cup of spinach
1 leaf of romaine
1/4 cup of cranberries
1/4 cup of broccoli
1/4 cup of red pepper
1/4 cup of purple cabbage
2 tbsps of balsamic vinegar

  1. Cut all the veggies to preferred size and mix.
