1/2 Cucumber, large
3 tbs Feta Cheese, Crumbled
2 Tomatoes, Plum
1 stalk Celery
5 Olives
1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbs Vinegar, Balsamic
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Grated Cheese
1 dash Pepper
1 dash Salt

Recipe Directions for Garden Salad - Greek Style (NM)

  1. Clean & Chop / Slice all Vegetables

  2. Mix in bowl with Olive Oil & salt & spices

  3. Let sit to room temperature
