Recipe Ingredients for Garden Ranch Pizza

13 4/5 oz pizza dough
1/2 cup Mayo
1 oz Ranch salad dressing mix
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup broccoli, coarsly chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/4 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Garden Ranch Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425'F. Lightly sprinkle large round baking stone with flour. Unroll pizza dough on baking stone, shaping into a circle. Using a lightly floured Baker's roller, roll dough to edge of baking stone.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, ranch dressing mix, and garlic; Whisk together. Spread mixture evenly over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with half the mazzarella cheese.

  3. Sprinkle veggies over pizza; top with remaing mozzarella cheese. Grate parmesan cheese over the pizzza.

  4. Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes.

  5. Cut into wedges.
