Great summer pasta that screams Pizza!

Recipe Ingredients for Garden Pizza Pasta

1/2 cup Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
4 serving Sliced Black Olives
1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1 cup, chopped Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large (5" long) Pepper, Banana
1/4 cup Sauce, pizza, canned, ready-to-serve
8 tbsp Olives Sliced Green
3 serving Garden Rotini Pasta

Recipe Directions for Garden Pizza Pasta

  1. Cook about 2 cups pasta according to directions to aldente.

  2. While doing this, add veggies to hot skillet over med-high heat and cook until onions are soft and onions are cooked. Add pizza sauce and about a cup of water from boiling pasta. Boil sauce until water is at a low level. Add drained pasta and toss until well coated. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and serve warm.. Optional, top with about 1/4 cup mozzerella cheese. Enjoy
