Recipe Ingredients for Garden Pasta Salad

1/6 box Rotini Tri-Color Dry
1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1/2 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber, Peeled
8 oz Italian dressing fat-free
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Garden Pasta Salad

  1. 1. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until al dente. Rinse under cold water, and drain.

  2. 2. Mix chopped carrots, celery, cucumber, green pepper, together in large bowl.

  3. 3. Combine cooled pasta and vegetables together in large bowl. Pour Italian dressing over mixture, add Parmesan cheese and mix well.

  4. 4. Chill for one hour before serving.
