From Eating Well.com. Yummy!! Made this to go with the Beer-BBQ'ed Chicken. Can be made about 1 day ahead.

Recipe Ingredients for Garden Pasta Salad

2 cups rotini, whole wheat
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup bell pepper, diced, yellow or red
1 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
1/3 cup basil, slivered

Recipe Directions for Garden Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta until just tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold running water.

  2. Whisk mayo, yogurt, oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), garlic, salt and a dash of ground pepper in a large bowl until smooth.

  3. Add pasta and toss to coat. Add tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, scallions, olives and basil; toss to coat well.
