Medaly of garden fresh veggies served up for breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for garden omlett

1/2 tsp butter
3/4 yellow onion
1/4 red pepper
1/4 green pepper
1/4 c celery
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 c spinach
2 eggs
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for garden omlett

  1. sautee veggies in butter

  2. add yougart to eggs and beat

  3. Pour over veggies, stir throughly

  4. cover and let cook over low heat.

  5. When top is congealed sprinkle with cheese cover again and let cheese melt

  6. Divide and share
