Vegetable soup with cabbage and tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Garden Harvest Soup

1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
2 large carrots
4 cloves garlic
8 cups chicken broth, low salt
28 oz (Del Monte) Diced Tomatoes
2 cups water
4 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp parsley, dried

Recipe Directions for Garden Harvest Soup

  1. Saute onion, garlic and carrot in oil, cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
