Recipe Ingredients for Garden Harvest chili

1 sweet yellow pepper
1 sweet green pepper
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
2 cups butternut squash
28 oz diced tomatoes
16 oz black beans
1/2 cup corn
1/4 cup parsley

Recipe Directions for Garden Harvest chili

Saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregans, butternut squash, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and summer for 10-15 minutes or until the squash is tender. Stir in remaing ingredients; cover and simmer 10 minutes more.
