Recipe Ingredients for Garden Green Vegetable Soup

28 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 cup, diced Celery
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup, shredded Cabbage
1 large Onions
2 cup Asparagus
2 cup Brussels Sprouts
2 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
14 cube Bouillon
1 tbsp, ground Thyme, Dried
1 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, red

Recipe Directions for Garden Green Vegetable Soup

Chop all fresh vegetables and put them into large stew pot. Add diced tomatoes, eight cups of water and beef bouillon cubes. Add spices and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer covered until veggies are desired tenderness
