A fried egg sandwhich with a garden fresh feel and taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Garden Fresh Fried Egg Sandwhich

1 Egg
2 tsp mayonnaise
2 slices tomatoe
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
2 slices wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Garden Fresh Fried Egg Sandwhich

  1. Preheat skillet on medium heat. ( If desired add no-stick spray lightly )

  2. While skillet is pre-heating chop onion, bell pepper, and slice tomatoe. Toast bread if desired.

  3. Add eggs to skillet and cook to desire. ( In my opinoin a true fried egg sandwich has the yoke broke while cooking )

  4. While eggs are cooking add mayonnaise or condiment of choice to bread, layer on the the tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions.

  5. Add egg and enjoy.
