1 cup of egg whites, 3 eggs and 2 strips of turkey bacon, in a tortilla with veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Garden Egg whites with Turkey Bacon

1 cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites
1 serving (Green Giant) Just for One - Broccoli, Carrots and Italian Seasoning
3 large Egg, Whole
2 serving Turkey Bacon - Oscar Mayer (50% less fat)

Recipe Directions for Garden Egg whites with Turkey Bacon

  1. Cook veggies according to package.

  2. Cook bacon strips over medium heat in a skillet. Remove and cut in pieces.

  3. Spray skillet with pam and add veggies. Lower heat to medium.

  4. On a separate dish whisk together eggs and egg whites. Add to skillet.

  5. Stir veggies to ensure they cover the bottom of skillet completely.

  6. Add bacon pieces on top and cover. Lower heat to medium low.

  7. Allow eggs to cook until no longer runny on top. Be careful not to burn the bottom. If necessary lower heat more.

  8. Remove from heat, divide and serve.
