1 cup of egg whites and one whole egg with peppers, tomatoes and onions

Recipe Ingredients for Garden Egg Whites with One Egg

1 extra large Egg, Whole
8 oz All Whites Liquid Egg Whites
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.66 grams Kosher Sea Salt (Alessi)

Recipe Directions for Garden Egg Whites with One Egg

  1. Chop peppers, tomatoes and onions finely.

  2. spray a skillet with pam and bring to medium heat. Add peppers and tomatoes. Stir.

  3. Allow peppers and tomatoes to cook for 2 minutes, then add onions and stir.

  4. Add 1 to 2 pinches of salt to taste.

  5. Cook until onions are golden.

  6. Whisk egg whites and egg together, then add to skillet. Stir.

  7. Cook until eggs are no longer runny. Remove from heat and serve
