1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli
1 tbsp Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
7 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed
0.5 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
2 serving Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
2 serving Ronzoni Garden Delight Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Garden Delight Salmon Pasta Primavera

  1. Begin by boiling water to cook pasta, cook to desired tenderness, strain and set aside.

  2. Season salmon to taste, broil on high, ten minutes per inch of thickness.

  3. While salmon is in oven, sautee broccoli florets, bell pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes in a small pan. Add pine nuts last, they take the shortest time to cook!

  4. Combine sauteed ingredients from pan into the pot used to boil pasta, with drained pasta until well coated.

  5. Once the salmon is done and has rested for a few minutes, flake off bite-sized pieces with a fork and slowly fold into pasta mixture. Do not over-stir, salmon should remain flaky!

  6. Serves two, split and enjoy! Or, save half for tomorrow's lunch!
