Recipe Ingredients for Garden Crustless Quiche

6 eggs
1/4 c light cream
8 ounce pepper jack cheese, shredded
8 ounce portabello mushrooms, cubed
8 ounce spinach, thawed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp tarragon

Recipe Directions for Garden Crustless Quiche

  1. Beat eggs, cream and cheese together. Saute vegetables, scatter in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Pour egg mixture over the vegetables. Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes.

  2. Cool, cut into wedges and serve
