Recipe Ingredients for Garbuzova Kasha

1 7/10 lb pumpkin
3 cups 2% milk
3 tbs sugar
1 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Garbuzova Kasha

  1. Cook pumpkin in milk and sugar, until pumpkin is tender (about 10-15 minutes for small pumpkin pieces).

  2. Add rice (soaked in boiling water for about 5-10 minutes and washed), and cook for another 15 minutes, until the rice is cooked and the pudding reaches the needed consistency.

  3. Add butter.
