Recipe Ingredients for Garbanzo and vegetable soup

4 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water
10 ounces chick peas
13 ounces zucchini
3 ounces onion
6 ounces carrot

Recipe Directions for Garbanzo and vegetable soup

  1. Sauté chopped onions in a bit of broth until translucent.

  2. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.

  3. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat, and cover.

  4. Let stand for 30 minutes.

  5. Vegetables should be tender.
