1/8 cup garbanzo beans, cooked-1/2 cup
1/2 cup rice, cooked
4 cups kale, cooked makes 2 cups
1 tbsp olive oil
1 hot peppers, pablano
1 sweet peppers, yellow bell
1/2 cup corn, cooked

Recipe Directions for garbanzo-rice-corn-garlic-peppers-kale-1 cup serving
