Recipe Ingredients for Garbanzo-Broccoli Slaw

15 oz. garbanzo beans
1 medium broccoli
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red onion
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp basil, chopped fresh
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Garbanzo-Broccoli Slaw

  1. chop everything in small pieces

  2. saute onion, pepper and garlic in 1 tbsp of olive oil

  3. Add broc and 2 Tbsp of water and cover to steam

  4. mix basil with remaining 3 tbsp of olive oil

  5. stir pest and oiol into the pan and add garbanzos stur and turn off stove.
