Recipe Ingredients for Garbanzo Bean Vegi Burger

1 c garbanzo beans
1/2 carrot, grated
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp pepper
1 multi-grain cracker, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Garbanzo Bean Vegi Burger

  1. Take of outer skin of beans, place in bowl and mash finely. Shred carrots and place in same bowl along with the other ingredients, mix well until consistency is smooth. Form into patties.

  2. On medium heat spray a pan with PAM and add patties. Cook until outside is slightly browned and crispy.

  3. Wrap in lettuce for a healthier option.

  4. Goes great with mozzarella and avocado.
