Recipe Ingredients for Garbanzo bean, spinach and pasta soup

10 oz Spinach
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
3 clove Garlic
6 cup Light
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
5.5 oz Angel Hair Dry
1.5 tsp, leaves Basil, Dried
0.75 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned

Recipe Directions for Garbanzo bean, spinach and pasta soup

  1. In a large pot, saute onion in oil until soft. Add pepper and garlic towards the end.

  2. Add broth to the onion mix, then spinach. Bring to a boil.

  3. Add tomatoes, basil and beans. Cook for 8-10 minutes until done.

  4. Either cook pasta separately, or add with the tomatoes.
