lunch salad, add parsely and garlic (smashed or crushed), I didn't add because the darn recipe analyzer couldn't figure it out.

Recipe Ingredients for Garbanzo Bean Salad

1/2 c chickpeas
1 T tomato
2 t onion
1 t olive oil
1 T lemon juice
1 oz fat free feta
1 cup baby spinach

Recipe Directions for Garbanzo Bean Salad

Rinse canned chickpeas/garbanzo beans, add tomato, olive oil, lemon juice, onion, garlic, and parsley. Let marinate (will keep a couple of days). Serve over lettuce and top with fat free feta, if desired. Salt and pepper can be added, too.
