Recipe Ingredients for Garam Masala Tofu Scramble

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup shallots, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
10 ounces tofu, crumbled
2 cups broccoli
2 tablespoon garam masala
2 teaspoons parsley

Recipe Directions for Garam Masala Tofu Scramble

  1. Steam the broccoli separately.

  2. In a large skillet, cook shallots on low heat in olive oil, add garam masala and saute for 10 minutes until they are soft. Add red bell pepper and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

  3. Add crumbled tofu and continue cooking, mixing thoroughly. Chop broccoli and add to pan, continue cooking until heated thoroughly.

  4. Season with salt & pepper and top with chopped parsley.
