Recipe Ingredients for Galrlicky black eyed peas and green

2 cups dried black eyed peas
4 garlic cloves, peeled
3/4 pounds mustard greens
2 T olive oil
4 T minced garlic
2 t dried thyme
1 salt and black pepper

Recipe Directions for Galrlicky black eyed peas and green

  1. Boil peas and galric 45 minutes or until done

  2. Rinse and chop greens and set aside

  3. Heat oil and saute garmic and thyme for 1 minute. Add damp greens and stir consetntly unil wilted but still bright green. Stir in the beans and add salt and papper to taste.

  4. Serve with chopped red onions on brown rice.
